Help is just a word away.

Care-Caller lets your loved one call you — or 911 — just by saying a name. No buttons. No smartphone. No fumbling.

Voice recognition runs on the device. Nothing is ever sent to the cloud.

Falls happen when no one's watching.

A fall in the hallway. A stumble in the bathroom. In that moment, the difference between help arriving quickly and a night on the floor can come down to one thing: whether your loved one can reach their phone. Most of the time, they can't.

Emergency pendants get left on the nightstand. Smartphones are impossible to unlock with shaking hands. And shouting for a neighbor only works if someone's close enough to hear.

There's a better way.

How Care-Caller Works

Three steps. Nothing to carry. Nothing to press.

1

We set it up

A small device plugs into power in the living room or bedroom. A speaker fills the apartment with clear, natural voice audio. Setup takes under an hour.

2

Add your contacts

Family members, neighbors, building staff — anyone your loved one might need. We load them in before delivery.

3

Just say the name

"Call Matthew." That's it. Care-Caller places the call immediately. Your loved one doesn't touch a thing.

Not sure whether to call a loved one or 911? Both are always available. Calling a family member first often means faster, more personal help — and they can decide whether to also call 911.

Common Questions

Does my loved one need a smartphone or app?
No. They need nothing — no smartphone, no pendant, no buttons to press. The device sits in the apartment and listens. You'll receive the call on your regular phone.
Will it call people accidentally?
Care-Caller only responds to names you've registered. Normal conversation doesn't trigger a call. The device is also designed to ask for confirmation before dialing, so an accidental word won't immediately place a call.
Is someone listening to everything?
Voice recognition runs entirely on the device — nothing is ever sent to a server, the cloud, or us. Your family's conversations stay completely private. This is a core design principle, not an afterthought.
Can they call 911 directly?
Yes, always. Saying "call 911" will always place the call. We also recommend adding a family member or neighbor as a contact — someone close by can often help faster than emergency services, and they can decide whether to also call 911.
How many devices do I need?
One device handles most 1-bedroom apartments — it's loud and clear enough to be heard from the bedroom, bathroom, or kitchen. If the apartment is larger (2 bedrooms or more), a second device may be worth considering.
What happens if the device loses power or internet?
Calls require internet. We recommend keeping the device on a reliable connection. If internet is lost, we're exploring a low-battery alert and offline fallback — ask us about current status when you call.
